Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks)

Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, performance evaluations) accurately and confidentially
-
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and internal events
-
Provide comprehensive secretarial support to management (calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination etc)
-
Prepare and format documents (reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes etc)
-
Ensure the smooth progress of daily operations through communication with other parties
-
Handle projects and assignments independently
-
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
At least 2 year relevant experience
-
Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
-
High integrity and sensitivity in handling confidential/urgent matters
-
Flexibility, mature, stable, responsible and independent
-
Have a good team spirit, good communication

Immedicate availability is preferred
