Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination , preferably in eyewear industry.

Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Efficiently follow up on overseas customer orders and projects, ensuring timely execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.

Serve as the key point of contact between overseas customers and the Hong Kong office, facilitating clear and consistent communication.

Coordinate closely with the manufacturing plant in China and Vietnam to ensure alignment on production schedules, delivery timelines, and product specifications.

Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams, including preparing quotations, organizing promotional materials, and assisting in market analysis.

Monitor and report on customer feedback and market trends to help drive continuous improvement in products and services.
