Duties:

General clerical support, document issues (e.g. Invoice, PO etc.) and processing, data entry, filing and so on

Handling incoming phone calls, follow up emails

Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above is an advantage
-
2 years of clerical / admin / customer service working experience
-
Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, willing to learn with pleasant personalities

Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Chinese Word Processing and English Typing
-
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered
