Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless internal coordination in the utilization of allocations

• Monitor allocation performance

• Adjust and swap allocations as needed to meet changing demands

• Identify and address issues with carriers who do not release allocations according to agreements

• Plan and set allocations for upcoming weeks, anticipating future needs

• Maintain close communication with Global Sea Freight on allocation steering

• Provide support for ad hoc assignments

Requirements 

• DSE / Form 5 or above 

• Solid experience in global liner or international freight forwarder

• Good command of written and spoken both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
