Job Duties
Job Requirements:-
- Producing all Airport Permits;
- Generating permit production reports - Daily;
- Regular and systematic checking of ACS database entries;
- Updating and maintaining database archive records;
- Updating ACS database of lost / stolen reports;
- Assisting to maintain the database for Breach of Condition cases, record results and follow up actions as required;
- Issuing Special Access Control Cards, Control Authority Pass, Buffer Hall Pass and AP Cards; and
- Supporting other units when required.
Requirements
- Form 5 education level or above (Fresh graduate will also be considered);
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Sound skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with computer systems is highly preferable;
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner;
- Even temperament and ability to work under pressure;
- Open personality and ability to work in a close-knit team environment; and
- Sound understanding of written / spoken English.
