Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP MM, WF, and non-SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives;
- Translate business requirements into detailed project specifications and documentation to guide implementation;
- Support the design and testing of new systems, enhancements, and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly;
- Conduct analysis of existing systems and explore available solutions and technologies in the market, acquiring and implementing appropriate tools to enhance business operations;
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate application functionality and performance;
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster deployment cycles;
- Manage and monitor the performance of the company website, CMS, and mobile applications, analyzing user data to identify and implement improvements;
- Implement change requests on servers, systems, and applications, ensuring compliance with IT standards and minimizing disruptions;
- Collaborate with team members and vendors to deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality system development, maintenance, and support services; and
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management, system development, and implementation;
- Proven track record in supporting system implementation activities and managing enhancement projects;
- Knowledge and practical experiences in SAP MM/WF (S/4 HANA exposure is ideal) and configuration of related modules is and advantage;
- Knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, and RPA development is a strong advantage;
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and technologies is preferred; and
- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
