Irelan has over 25 years working experiences in finance & operations, FP&A, budgeting, business integration, business performance management, policy development & implementation, system improvement & project management, internal control & risk management. She began her career with Jardines Marketing Services, and moved to various accounting functions in different companies. She had worked in Johnson & Johnson for twenty years and was the Regional Finance Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical Asia Pacific responsible for establishing the Centre of Excellence in driving business performance management, business analytics and reporting.

She is a fellow member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Global Management Accountant, a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Management Accountant and a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

She was awarded Master of Philosophy in Applied Psychology in 2016; Doctorate degree in Business Administration in 2005; Master degree of Science in Management (Health Care) in 2002 and Master degree of Science in Information Systems in 1995 all by Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is also a member of Certified Manager of Quality /Organizational Excellence, Certified Food Safety Auditor, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Information System Auditor and Project Management Professional. Irelan joined CIMA Hong Kong as the committee member since 2014 to support branch activities and members’ continuous education. Irelan was the chair of HK Branch of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (2020-2021) and had conducted several workshops with HKICPA and HKU SPACE on Management Accounting practices, Risk Management and Strategic Management.

Ms So hosts Bachelor of Arts, Master Degree of New Media and Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management Course in Harvard Business School.

Ms So joined the Hong Kong Red Cross in 1990, and was the Head of International& Relief Service Department, Head of Communications & Resource Development Department, Deputy Secretary General, and promoted to Secretary General in 2015.

Ms So has participated in a wide range of disaster relief and reconstruction projects all over the world. She is a member of the Field Assessment and Coordination Team of the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), and the founding member of the IFRC Asia Pacific Fundraisers’ Network.

In 2006, Ms So was awarded The Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong. In 2012, she established the Face-to-Face Monthly Giving Alliance in Hong Kong as founding Chairperson.

Currently, Ms So is the member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service and the Vice Chairman of its Steering Committee on Work in Mainland China. She is the Consultant of the Association Concerning Sexual Violence Against Women, Fundraising Consultant of the InspiringHK Sports Foundation, and member of the Programme Advisory Panel of the Radio Television Hong Kong.

Prof. Simon Shun-Man HO is the President of Hang Seng Management College in Hong Kong since 2014. He is a certified public accountant in the UK, Australia and Canada.

He is Chairman of the Hong Kong Corporate Governance Forum, Editor of the Asian Journal of Business Ethics, Board Member of Monte Jade Science and Technology Association, and Board Member of the Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation.

Previously, he was Vice Rector (Academic Affairs) of the University of Macau, Dean of the School of Business at the Hong Kong Baptist University, and Director of the School of Accountancy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

His works on corporate governance, family business, business ethics and stakeholder theory have received wide attention and international awards. He was the first Chinese awarded the Faculty Pioneer Award (described as Oscar of the business school world by the Financial Times) by the Aspen Institute, USA in 2008. Further, he was elected as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics 2008 by Ethisphere, one of the world's most recognized bodies in business ethics and anti-corruption.

K.T. is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Director and Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. He is an experienced people management facilitator with a passion to help corporations build their organizational and human resource capability.

He has accumulated over 47 years experience in people management. He retired from the CLP Group, the parent company of the China Light & Power Group in early 2008. At time of retirement, he was the Group Human Resources Manager of CLP Holdings, Ltd., managing the Group’s remuneration and benefits policies including those for the Group's senior executives and the Group’s human resources information system. He was also involved in the implementation and communication of the Group’s annual organizational performance review at corporate levels.

In his over forty-seven years’ career as an human resources professional, K.T. has gained extensive experience and thorough understanding and development of human resource strategy particularly in the areas of remuneration management, performance management, employee engagement, talent management and development as well as succession planning.

He was the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management during June 2005 and June 2008, chair of the Remuneration Committee, co-chair of the MPF Taskforce and the Employee Relations Committee of the Institute. He also facilitated the Institute to develop the Institute’s Human Resources Professional Model during 2006–2009 when he was the Present of the as well as the Chair of the HR Professional Standard Committee of the Institute.

He was the Acting Chair of the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, member of the Remuneration Committee of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. He served as Specialist (Business & Management) of Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic Vocational Qualifications and member of the Task Force on Professional Development of Teachers. He gives lectures regularly at the University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuous Education, the Hong Kong Baptist University, the Hong Kong Council of Social Service Institute, the Hong Kong Jockey Club College and other education institutes on human resource management related programs, and speeches as a guest speaker for local universities and professional bodies.

He also actively serves the community and is currently the Chair of the Human Resources Advisory Board cum Executive Council of Hong Kong Red Cross, member of the HR Committee and Executive Council of the Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, member of HR Committee of the Hang Seng University, consultant of the Management Committee of Aberdeen Kai-fong Welfare Association Ltd., Special Adviser and member of the Human Resource Committee of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation.

Angela currently is the Founder & Director of A.L Consulting. Her mission is to create a sustainable future in the areas of people and leadership development where A.L stands for 2 focused areas (Authenticity & Leadership). In her last role as Head of Human Resources for the Hong Kong Trade Development council (HKTDC) where she managed the HR function for 40 offices across 27 countries. Prior to that, she was appointed by the New York based luxury brand 'Coach' as Director, Human Resources for China. She was heavily involved in the brand's acquisition from its distributor and expansion into the Chinese market. She played an integral role in talent acquisition, helped to grow the team from 10 staff to over 100 in less than two years, as well as opening a number of retail shops spanning across Hong Kong, Macau and China. Her longest tenure was with the telecommunications company 'Sprint' where she managed the Asia Pacific operations, based in Hong Kong. Angela's most memorable role was with the NGO 'ORBIS', whose mission is to restore sight and she recruited HK's first volunteer ophthalmologist.
