差餉物業估價署招聘合約物業估價主任，申請者須持相關文憑或高級證書，月薪$20,580。

 

入職條件

 

申請人必須持有香港認可大學或學院的產業測量文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷。

 

並符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績。

 

職責

 

獲聘者須負責測量和調查房地產物業，包括擬備圖則和報告，以及收集和整理與房地產物業有關的資料，作評估差餉、地租和其他用途；協助進行物業估價作評估差餉、地租和其他用途、協助處理有關租用和購置寫字樓和宿舍作政府用途、協助處理物業管理的事宜，以及協助執行《業主與租客（綜合）條例》的規定；解答市民查詢，協助處理往來書信，以及管理部門和估價記錄；協助訓練初級技術人員；及執行其他與上述事宜相關的職務。

 

薪酬及福利

 

獲聘者按非公務員合約條款受聘，合約為期1年。月薪$20,580。
