【職場健康】坐得多小腿水腫?幾分鐘搞掂

不少OL長期坐在辦公室,整天保持同一姿勢,血液循環差,小腿容易水腫,今天就教各位用幾分鐘解決這個煩惱。

1. 小球幫到你

如果身邊有網球或高爾夫球,不妨放到地上,把腳中心放在球上,好像腳踏油門般向前壓,令小腿拉緊。這樣不但能幫小腿拉筋,更能消除疲勞,改善小腿血液循環。如果沒有小球,亦可在有小級或小石壆的地方試做。

2. 按摩腿部 

先把手指屈成「心形」,再將「心形手」放到小腿,以拇指由下而上按摩數次。

3. 腳趾小運動

把毛巾平舖地上,用腳趾嘗試提起毛巾,再放鬆腳趾並伸展至最大幅度,重複數次,能促進血液循環令小腿消腫。
