海事及驗船主任難請人 薪常會倡設兩個助理主任職位

 公務員薪俸及服務條件常務委員會完成海事主任及驗船主任職系架構檢討報告，並已將報告書呈交行政長官。薪常會主席王英偉表示，海事主任和驗船主任兩個職系，持續面對招聘困難，建議兩個職系各開設一個新的職級，即助理海事主任和助理驗船主任，吸引較年輕的人士加入。

薪常會建議，助理海事主任、輪機及船舶助理驗船主任，及航海助理驗船主任的薪級，定為總薪級表第19(34,085元)至27點(49,445元)；船舶助理驗船主任就定在16(29,455元)至27點(49,445元)。


薪常會亦建議，海事主任職級增設持有相關學科學位為入職學歷條件，起薪點由總薪級表第29點(54,230元)，提高至第32點(62,225元)。
