航空業重新起飛 積極招聘人才 香港國際機場東涌招聘會2023

全球旅遊業復甦，世界各地航空交通量大增，航空業正積極招聘人才，應付行業持續發展。香港國際機場與多家機場營運公司，為有志投身航空業人士提供就業機會，以支持營運需要及未來增長。

 

逾千五職位  涵蓋各職能職級

香港國際機場的旅客人數持續上升，本地航空公司正持續增加航班數量以應付需求，不少航空公司及相關業務的營運機構已啟動全面招聘計劃，包括招聘前綫員工、後勤人員及機艙服務員等。

 

為配合香港國際機場營運的人力需求及未來發展，香港機場管理局將於本月18日及19日舉辦「香港國際機場東涌招聘會2023」，是次招聘會提供逾1,500個航空業職位，其中超過四成適合非華語人士申請，工作種類涵蓋航空貨運、航空膳食、地勤服務、飛機維修、機場保安、款待及顧客服務等。招聘會共有12家機場及航空界的機構參與，希望可以吸納各專業、職級和階層的人才到場參加。

 

特設非華語人士就業服務

是次招聘會現場設置展覽，介紹機場的發展計劃，並設有非華語人士就業服務，為非華語求職人士提供招聘資料及就業輔導。有興趣的求職人士可帶同個人履歷到場，即場參加面試；無論是現屆畢業生、有意轉行、或是正在尋找新事業路向人士，都歡迎到場了解航空業及相關業務的發展，擴闊視野，有助計劃職涯發展。

Hong Kong International Airport Job Fair in Tung Chung 2023

 

Tourism is on the path to recovery globally and the number of air passengers is pick up, leading to increased air traffic demand. More talents are sought to support the sustainable development of the aviation industry. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) and the operating companies at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) are recruitment talents, in preparation for their expanding operational needs, whilst offering employment opportunities for people interested in the aviation industry,

 

Over 1,500 Positions Covering All Levels

The air passenger number at HKIA is rising. Local airlines are operating more flights to meet the soaring demands. Most companies in the aviation industry have kick-started their recruitment plans, offering job opportunities for frontline staff, logistics personnel, flight attendants and more.

 

To fulfil the manpower needs and support the future development of HKIA, AAHK is hosting "Hong Kong International Airport Job Fair in Tung Chung" on 18-19 February. 12 operating companies from the aviation industry will participate in the job fair offering over 1,500 job vacancies in air cargo, airline catering, ground handling services, aircraft maintenance, airport security, hospitality and customer services, talents of all trades and levels are welcome. Over 40% of these positions are suitable for non-Chinese speakers.

 

Employment Services for Non-Chinese Speakers

There will be exhibitions introducing the Airport's development plans. Employment services on recruitment information and counselling for non-Chinese speakers are also available. Job seekers may bring their resumes for interviews. Fresh graduates and enthusiasts looking for a new career path are welcome to come to broaden their horizons and plan their careers ahead.
