【廢青求職攻略】最差的見工技巧:「只被問而不發問」

 

每日都有人諗跳槽每日都有人上求職網,我曾經做過HR,公登一個post真係閒閒地一日十封CV越好嘅公司就更多啦當然),每日十封,一個月都300封,收到電話叫你見工已經係打低咗好多對手,所我每次出發見工都同自去到一定要講多D嘢、問多D嘢,就算唔請我最少我都要知吓間公司嘅運作有嘢拎走先對得住自己嗰程車錢同時間!

 

但我必須再三強調,應徵者可以問多幾句,重點真真係要有禮貌、尊重對方、保持微笑地問,正所謂「態度決定高度」,否則你搭車去見工都只有運吉,而無可能做到「有幾個offer喺手」。

睇親啲關於見工嘅文章,都係寫「求職者應該點點點讓僱主留下好印象」,呢啲文唔係無道理,不過打工同搵工其實都係雙向嘅,僱主鐘意我,都要我鐘意佢先有可能發展落去架嘛,否則我日日對住佢八個鐘咪好慘?所以我想由打工仔角度去分享見工呢回事。

 

係,阿僱主,我係對你個招聘廣告有興趣,所以send CV過嚟,但個廣告同事實有幾符合?大部分打工仔都心照。最少個廣告唔會寫「你有一個唔放工的上司」、「你老闆極迷信,會以時辰八字安排座位」或「你team有個A字膊同事」等等,所以,應徵者都應該打醒十二分精神,盡量觀察清楚,令自己唔會又後悔幾年,由未過試用期就開始諗定幾時跳槽

 

把握「你有無問題問我?」

Interview過程中,對方毫不客氣將你份CV由頭問到尾,再由尾問返上頭,到最後多數都會問一句:「你有無問題問我?」老虎蟹都要答有!我會盡情問,都係嗰句,就算你唔請我,最少我都可以知多咗唔同公司嘅運作/team分工,然後再自行分析邊啲係值得參考、邊啲廢,第時做嘢就可以擇善從之。

因為調返轉頭講,好多Interviewer見人,會問叫你講解吓而家份工嘅job duties,甚至問到好細例如叫你用一個做緊嘅project為例去講你負責乜嘢、同上司點溝通、個客有咩要求而你點去解決之類,表面上係了解緊你,實際上咪又係偷學緊你公司嘅營運,佢喺你身上拎嘢走,你唔喺佢身上做返同樣嘅嘢咪好傻豬?

 

問咩好?

A.    「一team有幾多人?」

曾經我年少無知嘅時候入咗一間公司,見工嗰陣話平時做嘢會分幾team人去做但我唔記得問佢公司有幾多人,我嗰team又有幾多人,因為佢講得「分幾team人去做」我就理所當然地以為有好多人,一「team」最少都應該有三個人先可以稱之為team吧?點知入到去,全公司得三個人!係呀,全公司呀!喂,邊度有幾team人去做呀?每半個人一team呀?

 

自此我學精了,每次見工都一定問究竟有幾多人會同我一齊捱?OT係預咗,但孤軍的感覺太痛苦,諗到夜晚OT要一個人隊杯麵就想喊啦,如果一班人一齊留夜食就唔同,一齊講粗口、齊齊繼續做,感覺好好多的。工時長,見同事多過見老公,所以一條team嘅組合太重要。同埋真係唔好嫌自己長氣又驚自己低能而唔問清楚,任何嘢有少少疑惑都應該兜口兜面問,畢竟呢個世界太多語言偽術。

 

當初就係怕問太多好似好煩好chur所以當:「我哋而家一路請緊人,齊team會有十個八個。」我點點頭話「哦」之後就無問落去,結果咪中伏囉,入職之後先發現全公司得三個人。

發現伏之後我老闆幾時請人,一時話未有時間、一時話未有合適人選最後仲話請完我無哂budget請新人添我份糧完全反映唔到比我知,我一個人點用哂公司十個八個人budget),總之係騙案。自此之後我唔會輕易放過一啲咁空泛嘅答案,問你有幾多個人,十個就十個、八個就八個,「十個八個」即係十個定八個?我一定會問到底。
