Job Market has provided 3 types of Profile privacy for Job seekers, they are "Open", "Limited" and "Hidden".
OPEN
By setting your Profile to OPEN, it implies that you are allowing your Profile and your Online Resume (except for your name, your resume file and contact details), can show to Employers by searching from our system. Those information (provided by you from Profile and Online Resume) included:
- Your Working experiences (including Job Title, Industry, Function)
- Your Skills, Educations and / or Qualification,
- Expected Salary
- Role and Responsibility.
And if a relevant Employer wishes to access your Profile, Employer will be allowed to submit an access request from our system to your register email address with a relevant job opportunity. You may either apply or deny the request for Employer to have your resume and contact details.
LIMITED
By setting your Profile to LIMITED, your Profile, only your working experiences, and preferred job classifications from your Profile and Online Resume, can show to Employers by searching from our system. They are included:
- Your Working experiences (including Job Title, Industry, Function)
- Role and Responsibility.
However, Employers can still allow submitting an access request from our system to your register email address with a relevant job opportunity (please note that employer will not have your email address or contact information). You may either apply or deny the request for Employer to have your resume and contact details.
HIDDEN
By setting your Profile to HIDDEN, your Profile, is completely hidden (thereby preventing Employers from searching your Profile). Employer will not able to search, match or send you any job opportunities for you.
Please note that Job Market also provided similar feature to your online Resume.
You are freed to change your privacy setting at anytime you like to allow, limit or disallow any Employer to reach you.
