Responsibilities
- Perform tier 1/2 system & relate helpdesk support
- Install, test and configure new workstation, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain accurate records of hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record
- Communicate with vendors for all IT related works such as facilities purchasing and repairing
- Service to Senior Management experience is a plus
- Any ad hoc duties as required
- Immediate available is preferred
Requirement
- Academic Qualification: Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder
- Field of Study: Computer Engineering / Computing or other relevant disciplines
- Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, network, protocol, and operating systems
- Knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365, Active Directory, Office Applications, IOS / Apple mac OS
- Strong technical skill in desktop support and problem solving
- CCNA / MCP / MCSE / ITIL holder is preferred, but not a must
- Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills & hard-working
- Able to work under pressure with tight timeline
