Responsibility
- Provide one-stop recruitment service including sourcing, advertisement, selection, interview and on-boarding issues.
- Handle and follow up on training related issues and visa applications.
- Design, maintain and implement HRMIS, webpage, and HR-related applications.
- Participate in regular HR & Admin assignments, including ISO audits and surveys & reports.
- Support daily HR & Admin operations, perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement

Academic Qualification: Higher Diploma or above

Field of Study: Human Resources Management or Business Administration

Years of Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant HR & Admin working experience
- Well versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinances is preferred;
- Familiar in MS Office, including Excel (Pivot table and Vlookup are must), Word & Powerpoint;
- Mature, reliable and ability to work independently;
- Effective communication skill with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
