Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordination, monitoring and operation for business activities and projects matter
- Manage, prioritize projects and resources. Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline
- Manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and report the project progress effectively
- Overlook projects implementation, manage all the potential risks proactively and recommend mitigating measures if required
Requirements:
- Degree holders, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in project management
- Proven experience in managing process revamp or vendor management for project delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
- Self-motivated, good analytical skills, pro-active, strong ownership, able to work under pressure and deal with tight project timeline
- Innovative with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
