Requirements
At least 6 years relevant experience in Manufacturing industry
Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of English, Cantonese and Manadarin
Station in Shenzhen (Free Company Car / Hostel / Meal will be provided)
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as “Assistant Process Engineering Manager”
Responsibilities
Direct report to PIE Director
Define process flow, requirements, and specifications and verify through Design of Experiment to optimize current machinery performance
Discuss with engineers about the conceptual process design of new products and the enhancement of existing products’ process design
Lead and participate in process improvement projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of project goals
Provide technical support to the production team to resolve process-related issues
Conduct data analysis and experiments to validate and optimize process parameters
Collaborate with R&D / Production / Quality Teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes into production
Train and mentor process engineers and production operators to ensure understanding and adherence to process standards
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures
Identify areas for improvement and implement process modifications as needed
Participate/Lead projects for facility upgrades, process improvements, and new technology implementations;
Develop project plans, timelines and budget for timely and cost-effective execution
Coordinate with other departments and allocate resources effectively
Supervise and mentor the team members, providing technical guidance
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving
Implement and maintain effective safety management systems, conduct audits and risk assessments
Handle ad-hoc project
