Requirements
Degree with 1-2 years of administrative / clerical / secretarial experience
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Self-initiated, flexible, good communication skill and able to work independently
Fresh Graduate is also welcome
Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Director
Handle business correspondence, other confidential and personal affairs as instructed
Perform ad-hoc duties as required
