主要職責 | Key Responsibilities
- 管理禮賓服務櫃檯,為租戶、訪客及公眾提供高品質的客戶服務
- 支援市場推廣活動、促銷及高端零售相關項目
- 向訪客提供購物及旅遊推薦,提升整體客戶體驗
- 根據需要填補客戶服務員的職務空缺,並向主管反映營運問題
理想應徵者 | Ideal Candidate
- 工作經驗: 至少1年高端物業、高端物業會所、高端商場客服工作經驗
- 學歷要求: 中學文憑試 (DSE) 或中七畢業,能操流利粵語、英語及普通話(懂日語或法語更佳)
- 技能要求: 優秀的客戶服務及人際溝通技巧,熟悉 MS Word 及 Excel

About Our Client
Our client is a renowned property management company responsible for managing one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious luxury shopping landmarks. Known for excellence in customer service, innovation, and operational expertise, the company is a trusted leader in the industry with years of professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage concierge counters and provide high-quality customer service to tenants, visitors, and the public
- Support marketing events, promotions, and high-end retail activities
- Provide shopping and tourist recommendations to visitors to enhance their overall experience
- Fill in for Customer Service Attendants when needed and report operational issues to supervisors
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in high-end properties, luxury clubhouses, or premium mall customer service
- Education: DSE or Form 7 graduate, fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (knowledge of Japanese or French is a plus)
- Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel
