Responsibilities
- Greets and serve guests.
- Assists Captain to ensure a smooth and efficient service in the assigned section of the restaurant.
- Maintains operating stock and side stations, including the dispense bar set-up and beverage fridge stock in accordance to HACCP standards.
- Assists the Captain in all side duties, including, but not limited to inventory requisition, and equipment and furniture maintenance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' related restaurant experience is required
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
