Job Duties:
- Prepare monthly payroll, reports and documentation
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding process and related administration work
- Maintain records in HR system, HR database and filing
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines would be preferred
- Working experience and Knowledge in payroll or HR sector is a plus, welcome high potential fresh graduate too
- Have 1-2 years’ of experience in the service-oriented environment would be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel functions and analytical tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
