Key Responsibilities:

• Firewall and Security Group BAU Change Requests
• Execute MAC and delete tasks for security groups in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Coordinate with cabling vendors to facilitate cable patching activities.
• Provide onsite resources for hardware rack mounting and unmounting services.
• Perform network hardware installations following standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided by the organization.
• Provide onsite support for network devices installation and maintenance.
• Support Telecom Service Providers in executing MAC and delete operations for telecom circuits and CPE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 year solid experience in network administration and support
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.
• Experience in firewall management (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, etc..)
