Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
- Promote professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement an IT development strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the business, and making recommendations for adoption or integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure that IT development initiatives support the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines,
- 6 years or above relevant working experience.
- Prefer with managerial role experience in team management of development teams, such as IT Developers and Business Analysts.
- Experience with involved in implementing and managing ERP systems or similar kind of eCommerce logistic systems.
- Certification in PMP, ITIL, PMI or any IT professional certification will be an advantage.
- Ability to successfully run an IT project complete with deliverables following PMO project structure.
- Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
*Less management experience with IT technical skills will be considered as "Technical Business Analyst"
