  • 主要職責

    • 協助會員及租戶完成積分登記、兌換及忠誠系統操作。
    • 透過電話及電郵專業解答 VIP 會員的查詢及處理投訴。
    • 支援會員使用專屬忠誠計劃的手機應用程式。
    • 引導會員完成線上旅程,確保提供無縫及尊貴的體驗。
    • 與內部團隊合作,提升 VIP 服務體驗。

    • 理想應徵者
      • 工作經驗: 至少 1 年客戶服務經驗,具奢華零售或酒店行業經驗優先。
      • 學歷要求: 文憑或以上學歷。
      • 技能要求:
        • 具備優秀的客戶服務及人際溝通技巧,性格開朗、友善。
        • 能操流利粵語、英語及普通話(書寫及口語)。
        • 熟悉 MS Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint 的操作。
        • 熱愛奢華零售或酒店行業。

About Our Client

Our client manages one of Hong Kong’s most prestigious shopping landmarks, offering world-class luxury experiences to its VIP clientele. Known for innovation and exceptional service, our client has been a leader in the retail and property management space for decades.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members and tenants with points registration, redemption, and loyalty system operations.
  • Answer VIP members' inquiries and handle complaints professionally via phone and email.
  • Support members with the use of mobile apps for the exclusive loyalty program.
  • Guide members through their online journey, ensuring a seamless experience of indulgence and exclusivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the VIP service experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Qualifications: Diploma or above.
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, outgoing personality.
    • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (spoken and written).
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Passionate about the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
