Responsibilities:

• Ensure all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives and processes aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the design of products (engines, instruments & controls), operation and repair of mechanical products
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
• Evaluate potential solutions to engineering problems for feasibility, manufacturing and cost
• Implement and maintain design tools programs to ensure a high degree of standardization and design data integrity
• Ensure that design documentation is complete, accurate and conforming to industry standards 

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Solid experience with broad based design engineering background
• Hands on experience with mechanical design, documentation, assembly and test/delivery of products
• Experience with program cost and schedule monitoring and reporting
• Good communication skill including spoken Putonghua and English
