Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Mexico plants and HQ, cross-functional project teams to plan, implement and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program from RFQ kick off and quotation preparation up to product delivery
- Act as primary account holder, regular communication to customer for all commercial issues including but not limited to outstanding topics, quotation, payment, order processing and shipment scheduling
- To communicate with customer independently and provide timely support and services to customers.
- Resolve cross department issues at project level skills
- Assist ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering/Project/Program Management or equivalent;
- 1-2 year working experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua, knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Word and Excel;
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player;
- This position require to station in North America.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Program Officer
