Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional duties to achieve desired health outcomes
- Counsel patients with professional advice for medication management
- Assist Seniors to provide professional and clinical support to other healthcare professionals
- Participate in the safe and accurate aseptic dispensing of cytotoxic injectable drugs in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures
- Participate in clinical audit and departmental improvement projects
- Deliver training to pharmacy staff, doctors, nursing staff and general public
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Entry Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or above
- A Certificate of Registration and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, Hong Kong
