Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patient based on nursing process
- Coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Educate patients and family on treatment, procedures and health promotion
- Report and initiate appropriate action whenever the patient displays adverse response to treatment or medications
- Respond to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma in Nursing
- Holder of a Certificate of Registered Nurse Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
