- 5 working days: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

- Working Location: Grand Central Plaza, Shatin
Key Responsibilities
- Stationing at the LCSD's Office during the Service Period (may need to work outside and/or during irregular hours and General Holidays when necessary, depending on operational needs)
- Providing directions and copy-writing support on content creation, collation, images and video shooting, images and video production when needed
- Conducting research and producing content independently if situation warrants
- Ensuring an effective and timely communication with LCSD museums and marketing team, such as collection of any information about the exhibitions or related programmes organised by LCSD museums/offices, etc.
- Coordinating with individual museum/offices under the LCSD for the content management of the Facebook Page, Instagram and Xiaohongshu Account
- Handling enquiries and complaints and any other matters related to the Facebook Page, Instagram and Xiaohongshu Account and the related activities with the initiatives per LCSD's reasonable instructions
- Arranging and attending meetings when needed (drafting agenda, meeting notes, etc.)
- To provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in languages, journalism, marketing, public relations, communication, or equivalent.
- Level 3 or above result in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
- At least one year' full-time post-qualification working experience in publicity &/or online promotion of cultural related programmes;
- Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint) as well as Chinese word processing.
- Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficiency in speaking English and Cantonese; and
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
It will be an advantage if the Project Executive
- has a higher degree in arts and culture related discipline.
- has good knowledge of cultural services, including performing arts, museums and films.
- has ability to use photo or video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
