Responsibilities

• Monitor and review of relevant safety procedures and policies to ensure they are implemented to the required standard

• Monitor individual and team performance to maintain and improve the service provided by external specialist contractors

• Provide local knowledge and supervision of internal and external maintenance works

• Ensure that contracted work is carried out with minimum disruption, within specified time and to acceptable standard

• Other duties as required by Manager, Projects & Building Services

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate

• Professional Diploma in occupational Health and Safety which is an advantage

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in building maintenance and fitting-out work

• Hands-on experience in managing building maintenance, site coordination and emergency repair works

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Familiar with Microsoft Office for report writing knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage

• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (e.g. Minor Works System)

• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
