Shop Assistant (Ref# 065971)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with the company's existing Prestige customers (focus on B2C)

  • Communicate with clients daily through various channels such as phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, Email, etc.

  • Provide personalized services and solutions based on client needs and feedback

  • Manage and update a fixed client database, with each manager handling approximately 1,500 to 2,000 clients

  • Assist in developing and executing client care plans to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Proficient in using communication tools such as phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Email

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

  • An interest in Japanese skincare products and functional foods is preferred

  • Experience in providing premium customer service is a plus
