Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Being the key member in applications implementation projects, from requirement analysis, system design, implementation, deployment, user training and maintenance.

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

  • Work with business users and technical team to bridging the gap between business requirements & technical objectives.

  • Translate understand business requirements and it into functional specifications.

  • Provide functional input to implementation projects,  including detailed functional and data requirements.

  • Support system testing by design and prepare test plans, test cases based on business needs.


Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Enterprise Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.

  • Proven experience in IT projects, candidate with hands on experience of using ERP systems would be preferable. 

  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility.

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese & English.

  • Fresh graduate will be also welcome.
