Business Analyst (HRIS)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full-cycle HRIS implementation projects, from business requirements collections, system configurations, testing to user training.

  • Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.

  • Participate in application implementation projects and handle system configuration.

  • Identify, analyze and specify business requirements and enhancements.

  • Assist for the coordination, schedule, test, documentation and implement business solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System Management, Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

  • Proven experience in HR System (such as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Oracle HR modules, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.), candidate with HR System support or implementation experience is preferable.

  • Strong domain knowledge in Human Resources Management.

  • Good presentation and inter-personal skill, good team player.

  • Strong passion to develop career in IT industry, willing to learn.

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English.

  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior HRIS Specialist.
