Responsibilities
Participate in full-cycle HRIS implementation projects, from business requirements collections, system configurations, testing to user training.
Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.
Participate in application implementation projects and handle system configuration.
Identify, analyze and specify business requirements and enhancements.
Assist for the coordination, schedule, test, documentation and implement business solutions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System Management, Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Proven experience in HR System (such as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Oracle HR modules, Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.), candidate with HR System support or implementation experience is preferable.
Strong domain knowledge in Human Resources Management.
Good presentation and inter-personal skill, good team player.
Strong passion to develop career in IT industry, willing to learn.
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English.
Candidate with more experience will be consider as Senior HRIS Specialist.
