IT support (Windows 11 Migration Project)
Job responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support to end-user on computer, printer, internet access, and software system
- Resolve hardware and software problem efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Perform IT administration tasks, e.g. maintain hardware inventory and software license etc.
- Support for IT daily operations, e.g. periodical IT tasks and system monitoring
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups etc.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in technical support
- Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft product and administration
- Experience in Windows administration (including MS office, email, endpoint)
- Knowledge in PC troubleshooting and basic networking concept
