Responsibilities:
Administration
- Oversee office operations including equipment maintenance and facilities procurement.
- Monitor office renovations
- Approve office maintenance and the admin related payments
- Approve company vehicle operations and oversee the vehicle registration, maintenance, license renewals, annual inspections…etc.
- Handle the insurance for company vehicle, office and warehouse
Human Resources
- Handle recruitment efforts including job advertisements, interviews and related processing.
- Handle staff related insurances, tax filings, payroll, pay slips, MPF and ORSO processing.
- Conduct annual salary review and prepare salary & bonus reports
- Supervise staff benefits processing and leave management
- Approve HR-related payments and maintain accurate personnel records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR / Administration or a related discipline.
- 15 years or above relevant HR and administration management.
- Mature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Proficiency in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
