- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales and marketing analysis and generate sales strategy
- Execute product strategies and develop long-term business relationship with vendor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including construction companies, facilities management and regulatory bodies
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, tendering documents..etc, showcasing the value and benefits
- To build long-term relationship with customers at all levels and assure high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry advancements, technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
- Assist ad hoc projects when required
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of construction industry, particularly in digitalization & IoT solutions
- At least 3 years sales experience
- ForBusiness Development , fresh grad also welcome
- Outdoor/ construction site works is required
- Detail-minded, independent and well organized
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Highly customer-focused and sales result-oriented
