• Provide technical and operational support for the datacenter and system migration of the System, services and equipment

• Perform verification of the System, services and equipment's healthiness before and after the migration and support contractor to troubleshoot and resolve issues found

• Assist supervisor to prepare migration document, technical specifications, verification procedures and test cases etc.

• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors. 

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 3 years experience in supporting and maintaining systems running on cloud platform and deploying of metro-Ethernet networks and switches, routers, and firewalls

• Understanding of load balancers, internet gateways, proxy services, domain name services, Linux platform, docker / container technologies and virtualisation technologies

• Experience in supporting IT application and system involving mobile app and providing on-site support for datacenter migration are advantages

• Good command of English and writing skills

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Communicate using Putonghua would be required
