• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365).

• Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications

• Execute UAT to support project roll-out

• Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis

• Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer

• Performance project management duty

• Degree holder

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365).

• Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in creating documentation and conducting user training.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.

• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

• Fluent in Chinese and English.
