Responsibilities:
- Work in an agile environment, as part of scrum teams, striving to define and continuously refine delivery approach for optimal efficiency
- Lead and oversee all stages of requirement activities, ensuring meticulous analysis, detailed documentation, and validation of business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Liaise with business users, vendors and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
- Prepare the functional specification for product development
- Provide project rollout presentation to related parties
- Gather user comments and feedback
- Implement and launch digital products & applications
- Ensure the requirements are correctly communicated for the project
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration in computing major or related principles.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum
- Familiarity with JIRA, Magento and SQL would be a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in Business Analysis, with at least 2 years in a team lead or project management capacity
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
