Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, production teams, and clients to understand and interpret their requirements for shirt manufacturing

• Coordinate the entire merchandising process, including sourcing materials, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring timely production and delivery

• Monitor production timelines, quality control, and adherence to client specifications to ensure customer satisfaction

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on order progress, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to assist in product development and improvement

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 3 years of work experience but will also consider fresh graduate

• Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a garment manufacturing environment, with a focus on shirts, is highly desirable

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to maintain accuracy in order specifications and quality control

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and related merchandising software
