Talent & Development Manager (Human Resources)(Ref# 066478)

Responsibilities

Talent Development:

  • Support corporate talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and individual development plans

  • Lead talent assessment processes to identify high-potential employees and key development areas

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between talent strategies and business objectives

Learning and Development:

  • Design and deliver engaging L&D workshops and business ethics training to employees across regions

  • Enhance local People & Culture (P&C) team capabilities through customized workshops and TTT programs

  • Identify and implement efficient learning tools and practices to improve engagement and learning outcomes

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews

  • Provide guidance and trainings to managers and employees to foster continuous improvement and development

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks related to talent development and L&D activities

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency

 
Requirements

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development, preferably within a manufacturing environment

  • Proven ability to lead cross-region projects or manage leadership development and succession planning in a multinational or transformation-driven environment

  • Experience in designing and conducting training/workshops is a must. 

  • Expertise in project management, with the ability to lead complex, cross-regional initiatives

  • Strong understanding of succession planning, talent assessment, and leadership development

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively

  • Familiarity with performance management processes and best practices

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Experience working in a MNC or private equity environment will be a plus

  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant HR Manager
