Responsibilities

• Handle Garment sample, including sample measurement /washing /Ironing/ local trim attaching and package dispatch

• Coordinating Sample Development, responsible & Accountable for Tech Pack Development

• Liaising with Fabric teams for sample Yardage & Trims sourcing

• Provide all round support to the team – merchandising, data entry, data analysis, handling the courier of sample packets

• Work on Customer’s system to extract and compile data as requested by the team

• Maintain all business-related data, perform regular analysis of all data on the customer systems and share it with the teams

• Responsible for keeping all the records updated

• Manages and coordinate the local and international courier package arrangement and record keeping

• Provide clerical support, maintain style file / tracking chart in system

• Perform ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1 – 2 years of experience in Merchandising preferably in trading or manufacturing industry

• Expert with Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of PLM, ERP systems will be preferred

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Freshers who have the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Merchandiser role
