Responsibilities

• Work closely US customers

• Communicate with factories for samples development, cost analysis, etc. to meet client’s quality, cost requirement and due dates

• Follow-up and monitor orders to ensure quality control and on-time delivery

• Coordinate with internal on logistics, packaging development, quality requirements and factory compliance

• Understand and follow the work process of different clients

• Monitor production schedule to make sure on –time delivery

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years working experience in merchandising and sourcing, extensive knowledge in Seasonal, Gift Premium, Home Décor items are preferable.

• Solid experienced in US market is definitely an advantage

• Detail-minded, flexible, self-initiative with excellent interpersonal skills

• Need to be able to work under pressure, be very clear mind-set to handle multi-tasks and project details

• Ability to work independently and good problem solving skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Vlookup

• Occasional travel is required

• Immediate available is preferable

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
