Responsibilities
Perform full spectrum of office administration functions
Manage office operations, such as daily inventory check and procurement of packaging materials, stocks of stationary, pantry and utility items
Handle the service contracts renewal and quotation
Responsible for property and facilities management and maintenance, renovation & repairing, able to identify equipment's' HVAC problems when necessary
Coordinate business trips, travel arrangements and staff activities
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to Directors
Assist ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years' working experience in administrative
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
Proficient in MS office (Word & Excel)
Result-driven, detail-minded with ability to prioritize work schedule
Proactive, Energetic and work independently
Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Administrative Assistant
