Duties        

• Develop strategic tenancy plans for the Ngong Ping Village (NPV) portfolio to achieve the company’s business objectives

• Prepare approval documents and provide recommendations, along with presentation materials and reports for management 

• Enhance and maintain strong business network with business partners, direct clients, retailers & restaurant operators and stakeholders

• Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing inquiry and leasing negotiation

• Drive the tenants’ spending promotions campaign in regular basis with Village Management Office, to stimulate customer spending and enhance visitor experience at NPV 

• Build good working rapport with all internal departments and external vendors to drive and optimize the non-cable car revenue of the Company

• Coordinate with Business Development Team to work on assigned projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant leasing experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial level. Candidate with solid leasing experience in shopping malls is a definite advantage

• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage

• Strong business network

• Strong business acumen and market sense

• Agile, positive and energetic at work

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
