Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System:

• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and work instructions for intimate apparel production.

• Maintain quality standards, emphasizing material quality and performance throughout all stages of production.

2. Inspectors and Audits:

• Lead a team of quality inspectors, ensuring adherence to standards and timely inspections.

• Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to meet quality requirements.

• Align material selection and usage with customer specifications.

4. Supplier Evaluation:

• Evaluate supplier capabilities based on intimate apparel material expertise.

• Ensure material quality and compliance with specifications and industry standards.

5. Root Cause Analysis:

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, addressing both material and process-related factors.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions.

6. Performance Metrics:

• Monitor quality performance metrics, preparing reports and highlighting material-related trends.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to materials.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies and enhance material-related processes.

• Foster a culture of quality excellence.

8. This position requires travel between our factories in Southeast Asia

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Proven track record in quality management within intimate apparel or related manufacturing

• Deep understanding of intimate apparel materials’ impact on product quality

• Effective communication with stakeholders

• Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Chinese and English
