Assistant Human Resources Manager (Ref# 066528)

Responsibilities

  • Perform core HR functions on employment cycle from boarding to separation, particularly on recruitment and payroll, employment & appraisal management

  • Maintain HR regular working, HR reports, budgets and statistics

  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures

  • Provide staffing services and work closely with various staff levels

  • Assist in managing expatriates & overseas operations matters

  • Participate in company events and caring company activities

  • Support general office admin and ad-hoc project when assigned


Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, Business Management or related disciplines

  • 3 years above relevant experience, preferably in apparel/manufacturing industry but not a must

  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations

  • Possess some knowledge and experience on PRC or SE Asia operations is an advantage

  • Skillful in operating HR and attendance system

  • Good MS office skills and Chinese word processing

  • Conversant in spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Good communication, presentation & writing skills

  • Well-organized, focus, logical & detail-minded
