Responsibilities
Perform core HR functions on employment cycle from boarding to separation, particularly on recruitment and payroll, employment & appraisal management
Maintain HR regular working, HR reports, budgets and statistics
Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Provide staffing services and work closely with various staff levels
Assist in managing expatriates & overseas operations matters
Participate in company events and caring company activities
Support general office admin and ad-hoc project when assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in HR, Business Management or related disciplines
3 years above relevant experience, preferably in apparel/manufacturing industry but not a must
Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
Possess some knowledge and experience on PRC or SE Asia operations is an advantage
Skillful in operating HR and attendance system
Good MS office skills and Chinese word processing
Conversant in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Good communication, presentation & writing skills
Well-organized, focus, logical & detail-minded
