Responsibilities
Provide all-round administrative supports for office, and handle personal & household matters for senior management
Responsible for flight, transportation, hotel booking and travel insurance of business trips
Supervise general office administrative functions including office supplies and asset inventory management, equipment and facilities maintenance, office housekeeping, vendor and contract management, etc.
Participate in office renovation/decoration project
Organize company CSR events and staff activities
Assist in ad hoc work tasks as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3 years related working experience in serving senior management is preferred
Strong experience in office administration & travelling arrangements
Proficient PC Skills, including MS office & Chinese Word Processing
Well versed in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
Good interpersonal, communication & organizing skills
Can be multi-tasking, self-motivated & positive attitude
