Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the overall data analytics framework for the loyalty program (“Live Young”) to drive for customer loyalty thus to increase customer sales
• Work with cross functional teams on customer segmentation & analysis together with campaigns performance to develop analytics reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Analyze and prepare regular and ad-hoc management and business reports to facilitate in data driven decision making
• Understand business priorities and requirements and find opportunities where analytics can build business value and insights
• Translate business needs into tangible analytics hypothesis, locate relevant data point and craft the end to end pipeline, including the frontend presentation design
• Serve as the link with business users to develop, validate and implement successful data insight
• Participate in GenAI development, work with internal / external IT partners for deployment, and hands on coding on RAG framework (e.g. LangChain)
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, information management or analytics areas
• At least 4 years in data analytics and CRM background
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must
• Understanding on Agentic RAG and its hands-on code experience is highly preferred
• Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skill is highly preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, numerical sense and be able to work independently with attention to details
• Client (including internal clients) engagement experience strongly required
• Knowledge in data pipeline, data modelling is highly preferred
• Experience in leading development projects in FS industry preferred
