• Drive data analytics including but not limited to Conversation, customer score, visit, usage and transform into actionable insights;

• Perform data analysis/ data mining to support business objectives.

• Data Visualization: Utilize tools like **Qlik Sense, **Tableau*, and other visualization platforms to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner, enabling informed decision-making. 

• Advanced Analytics: Leverage analytics tools, such as **Alteryx*, to extract valuable insights from extensive datasets and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. 

• Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data used across the organization, applying strong knowledge of database concepts and data governance practices. 

• • Degree in a relevant subject or related field, e.g. analytics, mathematics, computer / data science, operations research
  • At least 3 years of work experience in data analytics or related analytical field
  • Experience dealing with very large data volumes
  • Experience in measurement approaches, data governance, and testing
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Python for analytical tasks and experience with tools like Spark is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
